April Grandy, ABOC

Our business manager and certified optician, April, has worked in the optical industry since 1996. She has held many different positions within the industry; having started as a receptionist and advancing her career through proficiency as an optometric technician, optician, certified optician, and various forms of management. April became certified by the American Board of Opticianry in 1997 and was recertified in 2006. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Davenport University and is currently working on her law degree. When not in the office or at school you can find April spending time with her two kids, Nathanial and Victoria, or relaxing with a good book. 

Sarah Covert, ABOC

Sarah has as worked as an optician since 2006.  She attained American Board of Opticianry certification in July of 2007 and joined our practice in September 2008.  While she won't admit to any hobbies or outside interests, we suspect she's a lot more exciting than she lets on.
